Ep #72 Are You Searching For His Unfailing Love?- Songs for The Tender Hearted by Karyn Lynn Grant The pure love of Christ is there for us to fall back on in troubled times. It is also there for us to reflect in gratitude upon when everything seems to be going along seamlessly. The songs shared in this episode are for those seasons in our lives spent in sorrow and/or in pure joy.
Taking a respite from the world can become the most peaceful and joyful part of your day! Curling up with your journal and learning how to sift through emotions and sort through feelings about memories that have been suppressed or left lingering in our subconscious awareness, is a beautiful talent to develop when cultivating an aptitude for joy and an attitude of inner peace.
Today, as you listen to these songs, stop and record your feelings. How did each song make you feel? What memory, thought of feeling was stirred by the lyrics, voice or music?
In a world where the media is drowning out our self-care time, we may have forgotten that in those "alone" times, in those times of "solitude" can come our greatest revelations about ourselves, our lives and our opportunities to create more joy in the future.
Today, consider turning off Facebook for a few moments. Instead, delve a little deeper into your very own heart and what makes you feel truly happy. Are you taking as much time for prayerful pondering and sweet meditation as you are in scrolling through those social media platforms? What are your spiritual media platforms? How do they serve you? Where do you turn when you are searching for deeper, inner peace?
Perhaps, today, take some time to reflect on, "His Unfailing Love" -- His love for you that is constant, unchanging, still the same, while letting the rest of the world go hurrying and scurrying on by. Those things that seemed so vitally important yesterday --- may completely fall off the radar when you a spend more precious time in pondering "His Perfect Love" for you.

Ep #71 Love's Just Beyond The Rainbow with Karyn Lynn Grant as she shares the songs she wrote as she continuously turned her heart to the Lord, continuing to believe in the hope of a happily-ever-after, after her dreams were dashed along life's way.
As a little girl, all Karyn dreamed of was growing up to find her "Prince Charming" and of having children of her very own with the husband of her youth. Growing up to rear a "Happy Family" was her childhood dream. But, Karyn was to learn that even though dreams can be dashed, torn and broken along life's way, you can continue singing and rejoicing along life's way. "Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal."
All of the songs included in this episode, are the reflection of the mornings Karyn spent praying to be comforted and to one day comfort others who have experienced the same kinds of "fiery trials". Her prayer is that in sharing these songs of her heart, that the hearts of those who have loved and lost , time and time again, will find hope and renewal.
This episode is for those whose precious, priceless, childhood dream of growing up and getting married to someone they love and cherish and who loves and cherishes them in return seems to be evading them. Her hope is that hearts will find comfort in these lyrics, as they are the prayers of her heart during some of her trials.
What do you do when your childhood dream of finding your very own "Happily Ever After" is shattered and broken? This episode may not leave an impression on those who are blessed with a happy marriage at present. This is an episode for those who have learned to turn their hearts to the Lord, who has become or who is becoming, their one and only, true and everlasting Prince of Peace.

Ep 69 Take The First Step On Your Own Journey Within When life gets busy, who do we spend the least amount of time with? Usually, we are the one that suffers the most, the more hectic life becomes. The songs shared in this episode were written during a period of time when Karyn turned her whole heart to the Lord, journaling and scripting her thoughts, feelings and emotions while in a time of being a single woman. Her respite and renewal was found in the Lord and she called this period of time, "My Enlightened Journey".
Every woman deserves to take a much needed journey within, to the secret chambers of her very own heart, a little "time out" to rediscover her childhood memories, as well as to reminisce on long forgotten joys.
